Beginning Domains and Hosts

I must first apologize if you have missed my posts.  My computer crashed on the 11th and I am just now getting going again, what a journey, someday I will tell you about it.  So….where were we, oh yes..

Once you have gotten your domain name that should be directly related to the niche you have chosen, and you have choosen a host which is the virtual home for all your web related interrelationships, such as landing, or squeeze page, and any other pages you post on the web, you will then need to make sure that your domain and hosting account are connected.  As you remember I suggested you get your Domain name from Godaddy  if you choose to use HostGator for your host then you need to let Godaddy know certain information of your hosts name servers assigned to you from your hosting company.  On your hosting site you will most likely find a tutorial that will tell you where to find these server names, which looks something like this:  ( ns1.netfirms.com & ns2.netfirms.com)

These two name servers will need to be posted with Godaddy unless you have also chosen Godaddy as your host as well.  ( This you can do but I recommend HostGator.  If you can’t figure this out you can e-mail me or when you subscribe to my monthly subscription and mentoring this will be covered in various videos I will direct you to.
